Traditional metal quality inspection methonds include hydrogen test, penetration test, metallurgraohic analysis, UT, etc. These are all indiret evaluations, which can only be used for partial references. Not only Yuanji has all these testing capabilities, it also possesses the capability to directly analyze the metal cleanliness, which is widely acknowledged and favored by global OEMs.
The main thermo processes involved in producing aluminum alloy products include: homogenization, pre-heating, solution heat-treatment, artificial aging, etc. Furnaces of these processes are required to obtain reliable temperature accurancy and uniformity.
